Make Curd Rice in Summer, It will be Fun After Eating

Curd rice recipe: Curd rice is a very tasty and delicious dish. This curd recipe is a sweet-tangy flavor of spices and yogurt from South India.

In South Indian foods, you may have eaten dosa, idli, uttapam, etc. but have you ever tried to make curd rice recipe at home? It feels very good to eat.

Recipe Ingredient for Curd Rice-:

  • Two bowl boiled rice
  • A cup of yogurt
  • One tablespoon of gram
  • One tablespoon urad dal
  • A teaspoon mustard
  • A green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • Two dry red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
How to make Curd Rice Recipe at Home in English?

First of all, place the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating.
As soon as the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and dry red Chillies and fry them.
Fry green Chillies, gram dal and urad dal while stirring with mustard seeds.
When the lentils are slightly golden, add ginger, and then add rice.
Add the salt, mix the rice well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Now add curd and let it cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Curd rice is ready.
